The Board of Commissioners and employees of Putnam Public Service District are dedicated to providing Putnam County with high quality water and sewer services at reasonable rates with friendly and efficient customer service in order to enhance the quality of life for the county's citizens and business community.

Putnam PSD is a proud member of the Putnam County Chamber of Commerce, the American Water Works Association, and the West Virginia Rural Water Association.
