Pay Your Putnam PSD Bill

Putnam Public Service District has several convenient options for managing and paying your bill.

Computer, Smartphone, or Tablet

Pay Online

With Putnam PSD's Online Access System, you can register with our secure server to manage your Putnam PSD account and pay your bill from any computer, smartphone, or tablet with a Visa or MasterCard.

Even if you do not wish to register, you can still pay your bill online via this link.

One important feature of our Online Access Gateway is our paperless statement/e-billing option. After registration, you can select the e-bill option and your PPSD statement will be sent to your email address. You can then pay your bill online, via the mail, with automatic payment deduction, in person, or over the phone; the choice is still yours. With e-billing, you'll save time, hassle, and clutter while helping to keep your utility rates low by offsetting printing and postage costs. E-billing even helps the environment by reducing paper waste.

Automatic Payment Deduction

You can sign up to have your payment deducted each month from the checking or savings account of your choice. Fill out this form, attach a voided check from our chosen checking or saving account, and mail/bring them to our office.

By Mail

You can pay your bill with a check or money order via mail. Our mailing address is:

Putnam Public Service District
PO Box 860

You can pay your bill in person at our business office, located at 74 Scott Depot Road in Scott Depot, M-F between 8am and 4:30pm via cash, check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard. On weekends, evenings, and holidays, you can pay via check or money order only at our payment drop box.
